Hermann & Audrey was commissioned to provide a series of approaches to interventions with art that would showcase the unique attributes of the newly launching S9 Ultra High Definition television. A work of art in itself, the television is the first to present 4000 pixel content at home. Hermann & Audrey presented opportunities across five art disciplines. The final approach involved contemporary artist Jon Todd, known for his deeply narrative works that incorporate bright color and textural elements. Hermann & Audrey worked throughout the process with the client to define a unique audience attraction concept involving creating 4k content, event activation including a 13 foot live-painted intricate installation piece as well as decor elements that included a large screen welcome video sequence of the artist’s work and on-site gallery.
